We hope to make 100% happy with their orders but maybe requirements changed or something comes up. To work with these situations we offer the following:

Any damaged products will be replaced at no charge. Please notify us within 15 days of receiving the order. Instead of sending the items back, take a photo of any damaged pieces and email them to us. Using your cell phone's camera will work just fine! Products that need replacing will either be sent out that same day or the next business day depending on what time of the day we hear from you.

For non-damaged merchandise, we have a 15 day return policy and a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is also responsible for the return shipping charges (UPS Ground is usually the most affordable).
